Need 2: Would like the resource information to be electronic, accessible, timely, automatic, ease of use/maintenance. Owner(s) Case workers, Child welfare program

Need 3: Counts of who many resources involved, that is the technical capacity of the providers, what kind of training do they need?

Need 10: Any user should be able to see the availability of services from any provider

Need 11: Caseworkers want to be able to schedule appointments

Need 12: Ability to use the traditional manual process of accessing resources.
