Michael
Polen is a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at the Software Productivity
Consortium (SPC). He is a member of the Agile Alliance. Michael also
co-authored the Consortium's OOASIS method. He works with Consortium members
to support their adoption of Consortium technologies. He has over 11 years of
software and system development experience with Motorola, Booz-Allen &
Hamilton, and other firms. Michael has a Masters in Computer Science from the
Georgia Institute of Technology.

Latoya Williams is a
Senior Member of the Technical Staff at the State Information Technology
Consortium (SITC) dedicated to child welfare training and support
initiatives. Before joining SITC, she worked as a business process and
technology consultant for Deloitte Consulting specializing in large-scale
systems implementation and change management projects in telecommunications
and child welfare. Latoya has led implementation and training activities for

Bud
has worked for the Navy, NASA, IBM, Raytheon, Saks
Incorporated and as an independent consultant. He has worked on systems as varied as the
Space Shuttle, the Polaris Submarine, as a communications specialist, as a
database specialist, on contract with the Mississippi Department of Human

John Blyskal, Technical Lead (SITC) |

John
has participated in the development of software intensive systems for over 20
years, contributing as a developer, lead designer, technical manager, and
software process improvement specialist. He is the Technical Lead for the
State Information Technology Consortium. John has led efforts in establishing
the definition, implementation, and transfer of evolutionary-based software
development processes to Consortium members and clients. He has worked as a
senior software developer and technical manager producing large-scale C3,
Air Traffic Control, and other military systems at Science Applications
International Corporation and Computer Sciences Corporation. John received a
BSEE from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an MS from George Washington
University. He is a member of the IEEE, and served as an Authorized Lead

Tom
Sebahar is a Director of Strategic Development at the Long Beach, CA based
LaserFiche Document Imaging. He is active in all developing areas of business
regarding software and hardware in the Imaging arena. He is a member of the
AIIM Advisory Trade Member group. He has over 18 years experience in IT
hardware and software. Before LaserFiche he worked for Cisco Systems, Ascend
Communications and ADC/Kentrox. Tom holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from
